Steve Kline Ages of Rock
1966: Bob Dylan is injured in a motorcycle accident near his home in Woodstock, N.Y. He goes into seclusion and the incident immediately passes into myth. Some speculate that the accident did not happen at all — that Dylan simply uses it as an excuse to withdraw. Middletown Hospital admits him with a concussion and broken neck vertebrae. Dylan suffers from paralysis and mild amnesia for the next month.
