AftermathThe Rolling Stones’ album Aftermath is released in the U.K. It has Mother’s Little Helper and Under My Thumb. It is the group’s fourth studio album and is the first to consist entirely of Mick Jagger-Keith Richards compositions. The U.K. version does not include Paint It, Black, which is added for the North American release. The album hits #1 in the U.K. but peaks at #2 in the U.S.
